About Ozone (O3)- Ozone is an inorganic gas molecule composed of three oxygen atoms. Ozone is a powerful oxidizer used in water, wastewater and soil treatment along with many food processing applications. Ozone treatment is an eco-friendly process with ozone breaking down into oxygen. Ozone’s redox potential is five times higher than that of oxygen, so it’s use as a treatment technology is vastly superior to air sparging alone. It is used for treatment of petroleum, dry cleaner solvents and pharmaceuticals in water.

Typical site treatments times range from 3-24 months rather than the multi-year process of many other remedial technologies. Our ozone remediation systems operate on 120 Volts and use much less power than AS/SVE or MPE systems.
